[STAmina’s breath training app completion screen with the heading “Congratulations!” at the top. “Total training time” is shown as 02:22. Below, “Perceived effort” reads 3 – Moderate with a horizontal color-gradient slider and the marker positioned slightly left of center. Under “How did you feel?”, the Strong option is selected among five icons labeled Exhausted, Weak, Normal, Strong, and Awesome. At the bottom, a Notes field reads: “How?! It’s getting easier to ignore the body’s panic response.”]
[A screenshot from the STAmina breath training app showing a custom training table on a blue background. At the top, text reads: “STAmina is a great app. Custom tables allow you to start at whatever level you’re comfortable with.” Below is a structured list of timed intervals alternating between breathing and breath holds. The sequence includes multiple rounds of 00:30 breathe followed by progressively longer holds: 00:20 hold, 00:40 hold, 01:00 hold, 01:20 hold, and 01:40 hold. A note overlaid on the right side reads: “I train up to 1:40, then breathe deeply for 2:00 and then try to hold 2:00+.” The screen ends with a cooldown section partially visible at the bottom.]
Beat my breath hold record twice within a few days 🥵 Went from 2:11 to 2:16 to 2:22! The custom tables on STAmina really do make such a difference.
