It's the 3rd meeting for the small intersessional working group in Geneva to develop & update technical guidelines on waste batteries, following the #BRSCOPs 2025 mandate. This is a crucial step to ensuring a safer, more sustainable handling of battery waste worldwide. #circulareconomy.
At the 2025 #BRSCOPs, the secretariat held constructive bilateral meetings with representatives from 🇧🇩🇫🇮🇬🇹🇰🇿🇰🇬🇲🇷🇵🇭🇸🇩🇺🇦 and other Parties and non-Parties to the #MinamataConvention, reaffirming our shared commitment to a healthier planet.
