Reasons given for destroying the #BrushTurkey nest in our apartment block's (extensive) gardens are; he's illegal, body corporate don't want it here, what will the apt owners think, you can't have turkeys running around 🤷‍♀️ Dogs & cats allowed of course. #SurfersParadise has concreted over 🦃habitat 😟

A beautiful #BrushTurkey 🦃 has made a huge nest in our communal garden 😀 he is now digging a hole for the eggs. Body corporate are not impressed 😬 and have already put the water hose on him. But he keeps coming back! We are keeping a close eye to make sure no laws are broken! Hope he finds a mate 💕
