There is a cyan colored ghost or spirit with bunny ears floating to the left of the rabbit, it has an x for its left eye and a swirl for its right, it has a shocked expression and is looking at the bubblegum guts. The purple rabbit's eyes match the floating ghost, and she has pink blushies on her cheeks. The purple rabbit seems to have a calm/neutral expression given the circumstances.
