(2) Health, maternal child health. $30m to 27.9m (-2.1m). Ouch.
(3) Mayor's office, exec dir. $11.7 to $16.2m (+4.5m) +
Maryland has a $1.4b budget hole.
Which does Wes Moore want more: (1) to govern for now, for everyone in the state
OR
(2) to govern for a hypothetical future presidential run.
