Key Handover of De Hobbit in Malburgen Malburgen has a new meeting place. On February 12, the key handover took place for De Hobbit: the new community center with a gym and 12 social rental apartments. Alderman Paul Smeulders, together with director Liesbeth van Asten of housing corporation Volkshuisvesting Arnhem, symbolically received the key. The old Hobbit was in need of a new building. With the combination of community center, gym, and 12 brand new rental apartments, the parties breathe new life into the location.

Sleuteloverdracht van De Hobbit in Malburgen Malburgen heeft er een nieuwe ontmoetingsplek bij. Op 12 februari vond de sleuteloverdracht plaats van De Hobbit: het nieuwe buurtcentrum met gymzaal en 12 sociale huurappartementen. Wethouder Paul Smeulders ontving samen met directeur-bestuurder Liesbeth van Asten van woningcorporatie Volkshuisvesting Arnhem symbolisch de sleutel. De oude Hobbit was flink toe aan een nieuw gebouw. Met de combinatie tussen wijkcentrum, gyzmaal en 12 gloednieuwe huurappartementen blazen de partijen nieuw leven in de locatie.
