The Creature, somewhere between a cat and a fox, props its paws onto the desk to investigate. The Creature seems to be partially transparent.] Between Panels: "Perfect Attendance!" Panel 5: "So..." "Where, then... did I put them all?" [Spread across the panel is a length of film fading into the distance, frames dated like a calendar. Root is sat at the edge of a frame labeled 1 with a leg dangling into it like a chasm, the Creature (a mustelid-crow-like shape) perched on his head peering down. Behind them, the frames labeled 30 and 31 are beginning to peel away from the film. The two frames are the same as the previous two panels of the comic, but the Creature isn't visible. In the background, two earlier frames (presumably the first two panels of the comic) are already being carried off into the white void.]

Art of a bipedal Galarian Zigzagoon for a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon setting. i was in a pmd flavored fabula ultima game last year and this was my guy Ollie! he's not actually grumpy he just looks like that

Panel 1: Vane, (Galarian Linoone, the erratic thief of the team) seems to appear out of nowhere with a "Yo I'm back", startling his teammate Pascal (Krokorok, the mechanic and fixer of the team). Vane follows up with "Went shopping with the company card." Panel 2: A frustrated Pascal begins to say "you did what" before being interrupted by Vane pulling out a tacky form-over-function wrench that looks like a Magnemite, covered in stray screws and bolts. Vane says "got ya this cool wrench! It holds your screws so you don't lose 'em." Panel 3: Fearing the price tag of such a novelty item, and already having all the wrenches and magnets he could ever need, Pascal nervously asks "...How much did you spend on it?" Vane responds with "mmm... 'bout five minutes," as he continues to unload his loot, inspecting a random katana.

A character reference sheet for nevos, a colorful green anthropomorphic chameleon with red horns on his nose and brow. His main body is green with a light yellow-green underbelly. His shoulders and thighs have dark green spots, and his tail has 9 stripes that alternate through his color palette in a in a DG - G - DG - LG - Y - O - Y - O pattern, with the entire curly end of the tail being solid orange. The ref also shows that his hands and feet have opposable "thumbs" and three digits each. His chameleon head crest is tipped with blue at the back of his head with a blue stripe on top of his head, continuing down the forehead and snout as wider dark green spots instead of blue stripes. He also has blue stripes on his back.

A ref sheet of Nevos in his Space Pirate Captain attire. He's wearing a chrome half-mask that sharpens his horns to metal points, and covers up his eyes making them look more like a chameleon's, but with glowing red stare. The bottom layer of the outfit is a grey jumpsuit with dark grey down the front and inner thighs, with a line of luminescent cyan trim separating the colors. The dark grey portion of the jumpsuit also wraps to the base of the tail and snugly covers most of the neck, with the cyan trim circling the edges of the neck and tail sleeves. The next layer of the outfit is black microfiber sleeves and leggings on his limbs, which act as a reinforced base and connective fabric for the skeletal-themed chrome armor he wears. His arm guards have a slot that lets him slide modular devices onto them for easy acces, with some plating protecting the knuckles and back of the hand. His leg armor consists of knee guards, shin guards, a heel cup, and plates on the upper foot. The shin guards have a wedge of negative space down the front to evoke the image of leg bones, and the back of the leg armor has a cyan vent or panel at the upper calves to imply either jet boot or gravity boot functionality. His breastplate evokes the appearance of a ribcage, with the silhouette of his jolly roger on his chest. The back is heavily reinforced with interlocking vertebrae-like sections and hinged panels at the upper back resembling scapulae. Additionally, there's a pair of hinged collar guards that wrap around the neck and resemble clavicles. He wears a black cape with a tall popped collar over his armor, and an even darker shoulder mantle layered on top. A skull-shaped artifact with a glowing eye is affixed over the right shoulder like a pauldron. The inner side of the cape and collar is cyan, composed of a holographic panels that can reflect/refract light. The outside has his jolly roger: the skull on his shoulder within a shape made up of a chevron overlapping a triangle.
