She is also wearing a pair of short-shorts with numerous thigh bags and most obviously a large sword that has been infused with her electric powers. The text in the image says: Arke Subject 0026 Experimental beastial bionic assassin. Freed by the cataclysm and gained lightning powers during the initial madness of the portal storms.
