A cloudy day with Some snack carts at Epcot Florida, 3 in total, with 2 straps holding each of them down into some bolts on the ground. One I’ve cream cart. One that handles payment and another that has a popcorn machine inside of it, all of them are blocked by que ropes.
I’m at #epcot for a little bit. Seems like they are preparing for the storm by strapping down their snack carts, lucky carts~ lol
