Town staff says new indoor space will add parking demand. As a transportation professional, this is a specious argument. Show up @weaverstreet on Thursday night or Sunday morning 10 months out of the year and you'll see indoor space is not driving access demand. #cboa
A great possibility for #Carrboro is to make parking downtown free for two hours, paid for the third hour and beyond. This would give some businesses a financial incentive to share their parking that doesn't presently exist. #cboa 2/2
