A meat filled potato dumpling. The potatoes are made into a dough using juiced potatoes, the starch from that juice, and boiled potatoes.
In this case the potatoes have gone black from oxidation known as After Cooking Darkening. It doesn't affect the flavour just the appearance. 
I would normally use potato whitener to prevent this but didn't have any at hand.

My potatoes went black from, #ACD, but the flavour was fantastic!

When I took on my #EatTheWorld challenge I hadn't expected that my choice of #Cepelinai from #Lithuania would include grating and juicing potatoes as it's done traditionally for #Acadians making #Rappie!
