The large metal cross known as the Acadian Cross Deportation Cross, or Deportation Cross stands prominently in Horton's Landing, Nova Scotia overlooking a calm water, of the Minas Basin, with a partly cloudy sky adding depth to the serene landscape. Cape Enrage lighthouse has an amazing view of the Bay of Fundy and shores of NS Cape Split. With a restaurant onsite and zip lining along the cliffs over the water, it’s a great spot off the beaten path
Hopewell Rocks , on the Bay of Fundy, experiences tides up to 16 metres. The highest in the world. At low tide, the ocean water empties and you can walk on the ocean floor. Later, return and you can kayak the same spot. This happens twice daily with whales, seals, sharks, fish etc moving with the tides.
