Been taking care of dad and hubby who got sick after vacation. They're almost fully recovered.

Treating this incident as a shield from bad luck, that the holder breaking is replacement for something worst.

Two nights ago, I got a drippy nose and I feel cold (but not unwell). Thinking it's a prelude to getting sick, I became cautious: took my vitamins, kept myself warm, rested early, wore socks to bed etc.
