A closeup view of a single, bright yellow Buttercup - photo taken by my partner last May. So small, yet such a bright bit of colourful Hope, this 5-petalled little wildflower has an intricate centre, with lots of stamens, etc spreading out from a yellow-green middle. The flower’s fine, slender green foliage is a bit furry & bedewed, with a tiny tuft from a dandelion caught on one stem. The thin leaves splay out from behind the little flower’s top petals. The background is a soft blur of green grass. It was early May… Wherever you are, however cold or wet or, indeed, down you feel right now, We hope this tiny flower - which sprang out from the grass as a lovely surprise that day - will brighten your day…at least a little bit. No matter how awful things are right now, please believe it will not always be so terrible. Change will come, like the Seasons. Hold on to Hope. Love, tamisar~💞
