#chastity update with #atracker. Finally got my “activities” set up with color coding and tags for a better summary. Also added a non reportable activity to mark orgasms. Need to add a separate tag to track times between them.

I asked @denyingthumper.com to write this blog post because I am a data geek and this is a much better method for quantifying time locked than I was using. Got it set up, we’ll see how reliable I am about using it.
