Morning visit to Clatterbridge (who are amazing) with Dad today. Alzheimer’s and prostate cancer are cruel to watch, but after a tough morning, we sat with a Starbucks on the prom in New Brighton as a small reward. Grateful for these little moments of joy.

Last week in A&E after a fall. This week back to a hospital but a slick one at that. @ClatterbridgeCC team had my dad in and out for his bloods in 15 minutes!
