I'm aware, but I agree with overall premise and recommendations in second half. only reason I am in #FacultySenate leadership is because the fairy godmother that are #tenured faculty granted us Cinderellas ( #clinicaltrack) voting privileges in 2023. 206 years after #tenure/ #research tracks

Definitely nobody work here, and definitely no #American physicians should even consider taking a job here.
As someone who is #clinicaltrack #medicine faculty in a place with 19 schools and colleges, there is nothing that differentiates #medical faculty from other schools
