Eight miles clipped in for the first time!

I wasn’t a fan the first few times I rode clipless—almost hurt myself. I usually only rode this way on a stationary bike.

Went for it today and crushed it! I’m increasing miles ride by ride!

A couple PBs this morning! I guess clipless makes a noticeable difference for me. I do hit the hams and glutes pretty hard on leg days.

Also love when my HR hits 225 for 5km, unlocked a new zone lol.

You know what sounds like a bad idea? Riding clipless for the first time on a trail after a rain storm, but it's also a lot of fun! Being clipped in just feels so much smoother and fluid plus clipping out hasn't been as scary as expected.
