A couple PBs this morning! I guess clipless makes a noticeable difference for me. I do hit the hams and glutes pretty hard on leg days.

Also love when my HR hits 225 for 5km, unlocked a new zone lol.

You know what sounds like a bad idea? Riding clipless for the first time on a trail after a rain storm, but it's also a lot of fun! Being clipped in just feels so much smoother and fluid plus clipping out hasn't been as scary as expected.

Imperial Century! Rode the trail system from Cambridge to Hamilton and back with some detours for around 165km total, over 100 miles!

First trail ride of the season! Cut short due to ice. Trail was surprisingly nice and dry. And the parts that weren't were fun, especially on slick 32c tires and still adjusting to drop bars.
