The screen of the Samsung LED HDTV in the holiday cottage I'm staying in. Displaying a plain white screen on youtube. Backlight, brightness, contrast and gamma set to full. The screen is dim, with multiple burn in shadows across it and big purple blotches that indicate damaged and failing backlights.
Away in #Coniston for a few nights' break. The cottage we're staying in is really nice, but the Samsung HDTV has been severely fucked up by previous guests. Massive amounts of purple blotching indicating damaged backlights, and an equal amount of burn in shadows. Pic's alt text has more info.
