Per board chair Nancy Hawes, the resolution (1044) to approve an 8 month, $130,000 contract with Candid LLC was not taken up by the board. No explanation was given. Hawes's comments followed a 45 minute+ closed session.👀

The SLDC board approved the contract with Kea Point Solutions at its meeting on Sep. 3rd. SLDC staff sidestepped a question from Commissioner Sean Spencer about Halliday's team for the contract.
The "team" is just Halliday. Per SLDC staff, he was due to arrive in St. Louis last week
