Great conversation today at #coreilca on ‘rejection’ related to grants, but also applicable to feelings of (un)entitlement, to bringing down the stigma around ‘polished CV’, ‘excellent candidate’, ‘success’, by showing people that time, energy, ideas go in a rejection & this should be acknowledged!
