Can anyone tell me why #Rogers constantly changes their billing month to month, apart from HST, may be extra channels. One month it’s $141 next $150 but no explanation for the $10 🤷♀️ I’m shopping for a new provider but don’t like the options #monoply #cosumerprotection #transparency
