Changes from last beta far:
#cotw_Rock run sweep is only +2 on hit, no combo
#cotw_Preecha 214PP cancel is delayed, can't ex rekka > ex sway~knee midscreen
#cotw_Kain either his ex dash > ex fireball knocks them further away, or lvl1 ball super travels slower. His dash distance seems shorter
