This addresses every kind of MH spectrum; could be enormously beneficial for prescribers; help destigmatize mental health disorders; & allow us to track improvements in the psychiatric condition with a lot better precision. It's hard to explain this to parents. Sometimes teens do NEED therapy and there is work I can do even with a kid who doesn't want to be there (holding space and being an adult that doesn't require anything from them can be enough). But sometimes the time isn't right. #therapysky #counselingsky

What I love about therapy with kids is that sometimes an OCD exposure session ends with a hilarious, disgusting (kids love that) reward. Parent, kid and I left laughing and kid challenged themself immensely for it! #ocd #exposuretherapy
