a passage that reads, "Dilon and Demetria, born of unknown names, grew up in a small lost coven of Shetona witches in a lost corner of Yyasullani. Unlike others of the Shetona race, the coven was not nomadic, choosing to stay in one place. Their beliefs, while quite wholesome, were strict and unchanging. Children of puberty age, once developed, were raised according to sex. Male children were sent off to gather resources and protect the coven from outsiders while female children were to live inside the walls of the coven, learning to connect to the world around them through an unknown force. Known only to the coven at the time, they called the force "The Weave". Multicolored threads that spread through the world, created from emotion. It not only connected them to each other, but to the earth and the world around them. The plants, the birds, the fish, the creatures that surrounded their coven were all bound to The Weave. Female coven members were taught to control The Weave, pushing and pulling it at will to affect the people and environment around them. Males had a connection to The Weave as well, but due to tradition, The Weave was believed only to be fully controlled by those with a "deep connection to the feminine." Whatever that means."
