Two chicken eggs have been blown to leave just the shells and painted a soft, pale sage green. Decorative holes have been pierced in them. One of the eggs has cream threaded embroidered into the holes to depict a spiral.

Day 41 #100DayProject #100DaysOfStitchMaking #CraftSky added 2 more rows of the non-preferred colour to my #TorontoBlueJays #SeasonScarf . Season is at 4 wins, 3 losses. Hoping Alejandro Kirk is okay. Day 2 of move 1 went well.

The start of an embroidery WIP - it resembles stained glass and is a bunch of geometric shapes numbered for a colour scheme I have no intention of using. Instead it is blues through greens, pinks through purples like the aurora I sometimes see crackling over the snow.

Making up for the simplicity of satin stitch with All The Colours.

Also, I have not done much satin stitch embroidery for decades but instantly remembered I prefer the railroad technique to a laying tool, and also remembered I am apparently a 12yo boy 😏
