I don’t do a lot of color work; I tend to work with variegated or gradient yarn if I want color depth. But! I made these stranded color work crochet mittens several years ago, and I love how they turned out.

Just finished my longest project yet - a "lightning bolt" scarf made with purple/black/blue/sparkly yarn. Made up of alternating sections of tight and loose stitches that increase in width every other row. Super happy with how this came out 🌌🖤
