Bedfordshire station car park to close over Christmas The car park at Harlington station in Bedfordshire, which is already partially closed off as a worksite, will close fully between Tuesday 23 and Saturday 27 December so that a crane can lower a new footbridge into place.

Avenue Farm, Cricklewood

Horses were raised here and by 1890 their breeding and training was a focus of the farm.

As Cricklewood suburbanised, the farm became surrounded by housing and closed in 1932. The access track became called Farm Avenue.
