paint.net sleeping jigglypuff. I wanted to play with highlights and lowlights a bit.
half finished color wheel challenge with vtubers, pokemon, and other fictional characters. I wanted to see what happened if I tinted some of the characters a little additionally towards the colors they are representing, and I'm kinda happy with how that shows up with the backgrounds.
