En los mares subtropicales, nada elegantemente el cinturón de Venus (Cestum veneris). Normalmente es transparente, pero cuando se altera se oscurece y puede incluso mostrar bioluminiscencia. #ctenoforos #ctenophora

#クシクラゲ【新潟県 #うみがたり】2018年7月

クシクラゲって、生物種名ではなかったんですね。有櫛動物の総称だそうです。クラゲと聞いてパっと思い浮かぶ、長い触手を長く垂らす姿とは、ちょっと異なるけれど、見た時の印象は「クラゲだな」です。改めて考えてみると不思議、どうしてそう思っちゃうんだろう。
