Connecticut finally passed a real housing bill — and we should welcome it HB 8002 is a compromise. It's not perfect, and more work will undoubtedly be needed. However, it moves Connecticut in the right direction.

Lamont vetoed CT HB 5002. What could the reworked bill include? Lawmakers will adjust the bill, with debate likely to focus on controversial issues like mandates to build housing and parking requirements.
