Week 9 of my #culinaryglobetrot was meant to be Timor-Leste. I picked Caril De Galinha (recipe here: cookpad.com/my/recipes/1... ) mostly because I already had most of the ingredients, had chicken I needed to use up (hence the cut up meat instead of bone-in pieces). It's pretty nice! #foodsky #food
