Top day at the #BirminghamNEC for the #OutdoorExpo, two nice #cuppas, a little bit of shopping and a banging @DavesChickHot! Serious resting time now!

Well thats the #WinterWalk @UltraChallenges done! Despite being ill all week,a 2 mile diversion & ruined feet due to the course being all concrete, happy with under 8 hours with 3 stops! Several banging #Cuppas and great views along the #London #Thames made it all worth while!

But the grass is not always greener. I’ve been with my wonderful husband for 20 years and he never brought me one cup of coffee.

Because I hate the stuff.
