At the edge of the Kingdom of Ethasgow is the town of Fenward. At the edge of that town is an apothecary owned and run by the Larkings. “A welcoming place for customers, friends, and family alike.” Brin Larking is the actual apothecary, and her husband Jan is a carpenter. Their two young children, Ilse and Jon, like to play in the front room while their mother attends to customers. It’s on a summer night cloaked in fog that Brin hears a knock at the door and finds a wounded stranger with the marks of magic long dead and the story of No True Fate begins.
The result of two weeks working on my cutaway interior assignment!
Decided to illustrate the stage for the first chapter of No True Fate, a personal project.
