To keep costs low I experimented with smaller designs that I sent to the 3rd party. Again stacking layers with covers. I forget if I had to stack layers because thicker acrylic just wasn’t an option. Works either way.

To test my SVG maze designs I used to own a Carvey. But it was too loud, weighed a ton and was a dusty mess. I donated it to a hacker space. I’ll put in the thread my Prusa and Cricut experiments. I have my eye on what @xtool-official.bsky.social is doing.
