Born 13 Jan 1938 - Australian poet, guitarist, singer, composer & performance artist Daevid Allen. He was co-founder of prog rock groups Soft Machine and Gong. Gong's 2nd album Camembert Electrique was a joy to listen to & is in my top 20. Allen died on 13th March 2015. #Gong #DaevidAllen
