    2/3 cup (152g) water, lukewarm
    1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast or active dry yeast
    2 cups (240g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt*(adjusted to taste & toppings)
    1 teaspoon (3.5g)baking powder
    3 tablespoons (35g) olive oil

Pizza Sauce(referrence/inspired by link:  allrecipes.com/recipe/48727/mikes-homemade-pizza/)
Sauce:
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    ½ cup chopped onion
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 can of crushed tomatoes
    ¾ cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon white sugar
    ½ teaspoon dried oregano
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    ¼ teaspoon dried basil
    ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
    ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
 in a saucepan, heat oil, sauté onions until tender, stir in tomato paste, water, salt, sugar, oregano, garlic powder, basil, cumin,& black pepper; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, store for about a week

Preheat the oven to 450°F/232°C 
I mixed the dough all up in one bowl, added water till it was a stiffer dough, rested 30 min., rolled out, topped with a couple spoonsfuls of sauce, cheeses, sliced tomatoes and basil 
Bake 8 min. Till crust is golden brown
