Book #18 Just finished Everybody wants to rule the world except me. Throughly enjoyed the Dark Lord Davi Series by @djangowexler.bsky.social both books were super fun reads (which is exactly what we need with the current state of everything) #booksky #darklorddavi

Anyway I finished it, excellent, had a great time, 5/5, no notes. this duology is quite possibly going to join my “books i reread when I’m too sad about the world to function” lineup, which I could always use more of!

A- #BookReview: Everybody Wants to Rule the World Except Me by Django Wexler My Review: I’d apologize for the earworm but sometimes misery just demands company. If I’ve got Tears for Fears singing “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” stuck in my head for days and days, so does everyone - perhaps that should be ‘everybody’ - else. And it fits right in with the pop culture nostalgia that just oozes from the Dark Lord Davi’s snarkitude.
