Whitby, North Yorkshire. A tale of patience and obsession, waiting for the boats to start heading out to create some of the swirls in the water to mirror the cloud movement.
The Admiral Von Tromp / Saltwick Bay, North Yorkshire. A familiar scene but one I always love, the lines in the shale beds contrasting against the rusting and encrusted hull of the wrecked boat on the North Yorkshire coast.
Dark Division / Falkirk, Scotland. The magnificence of light and clouds reflected in the buildings at the Falkirk Wheel.

“Dark End” The image that closed my #DarkVisions exhibition at the Joe Cornish Gallery in 2015, made days before the exhibition opened, printed and framed to sneak it in as it was my response to the news of the closure of the Redcar steel works and its impact on the communities. South Gare, Teesside

The iconic Redcar Steel Works on Teesside, now sits eerily silent beyond the South Gare man made peninsula.
Sheffield, UK. Close to Lady’s Bridge and symbolic of Sheffields old v’s new architecture in this graffiti message.
Another Place / Anthony Gormley - Crosby, Merseyside, UK. An iconic place and one that allowed me to explore personal notions of loneliness and reflection.
Ratcliffe Power Station / Nottingham, UK. Made famous by Michael Kenna’s iconic work, but a view that had been ubiquitous to my bedroom window growing up until I went to University. An image made on the 12/12/12, which speaks to my OCD. I made 12 images that day in a small project, each was 12x12 square and 12 seconds long in the exposure.
