State Board deadlocks 4<br>4 on multiple federal grants after debate over data stewardship and mental-health "guardrails" In three separate roll-call votes the board split 4 4 and did not approve (a) Preschool Development Grant planning and subcontracting for eKIDS/EC data-lab work, (b) a mental-health service professional demonstration grant to expand school psychologist capacity, and (c) a school-based mental-health services grant; debates focused on subcontracting, data safeguards, sustainability and specific program guardrails.

Nebraska's State Board of Education is in a deadlock over crucial federal grants aimed at enhancing mental health services and early childhood education, raising concerns about data safety and local capacity.

Faire FAIR: reconnaître l'effort de déposer des données et le travail invisible de curation et de modération Dans une discipline sans entrepôt dédié au partage des données, un membre d’une équipe entreprend un dépôt de données de recherche conformément aux directives de politique de science ouverte en France. Son dépôt pourra être effectué sur la plateforme nationale fédérée entrepot.recherche.data.gouv.fr ouverte depuis juillet 2022. Afin de parvenir à des standards de qualité liés aux données de recherche, notamment de FAIRisation des données et de certification de l'entrepôt, dit de confiance, des modalités de vérification sont créées. Notre propos s’attache à décrire le travail de vérification, dit de curation essentiel à l’exposition des données, et à leur possible réutilisation. Nous faisons l'hypothèse que la curation fait partie, comme la gestion des données d’un travail invisible et invisibilisé qui nécessite des alignements par le dialogue entre les déposants et les curateurs pour atteindre des données de qualité.
