The IBM-Logo is the "Hello World" of programming a Chip-8 emulation.
Why?
If you develop a Chip-8 emulation, the IBM-logo-ROM only needs six Chip-8 commands, so one can test the first steps of the implementation.

I have been thinking about an idea for some time now:
A implementation of a CHIP-8 emulation for the DB48X.
Today I started this project using a DB48X simulation on MAC OS.

Christophe de Dinechin is developing a reimplementation of a RPN calculator in the spirit of the HP48X which runs on the Swiss Micro DM32 and DM42, and on the iPhone.

Being a fan of RPN calcs and RPL, having fond memories of the HP48G but never quite warming up to the convoluted 49/50 or the inconsistent and schizophrenic Prime, this project aims for the sweet spot! Still incomplete but already very useful and enjoyable! Runs great on iOS. #db48x #rpn #rpl
In the age of AI & cloud computing, it’s refreshing to see passion for HP calculators golden days from projects like #db48x. More info: 48calc.org
