Freedom When I die I want to be forgotten. Left alone to drift towards the horizon, trickle along the streams, join with the dead leaves and turn to mulch to feed new life. No more longing for connection for me. I will be eternally connected in ways my small heart cannot comprehend; with what, no one knows. I won't need your tears, your longing or regrets. I need to soar into freedom, just as you need to live towards yours.

I am not dying any more than anyone else is - in the sense that we are all getting closer to it every day. But for various reasons death has been on my mind lately and a a poem came out of it - I'm sure there'll be more to come!
