There is an upside tho. Wordplay and seeing patterns in language others cannot is pretty cool.
At 5, I could read back-to-front upside words fluently. Still can to an extent.

Getting past whether a word sounds right so readers won't be left with an ambiguous meaning is just one more problem I do not need.
