Day 10 - pins, needles, & adjacent stuff.
I gathered all the things on my ironing table, thinned, sorted, then at the thought of putting all away I had a mini anxiety attack. Day 10 done!

I made a travel machine mat. At sew days & retreats, I arrive feeling discombobulated, anxious & out of sorts.
With a machine mat w/my zone 1 essentials in it, I hope to be able to set up quickly and feel less discombobulated and anxious.

After last year's challenge I pitched all of the mystery thread. I buy colors as I needed and lean towards neutrals as often as possible.
My one concession is keeping my empties. My first is adorned w/ a picture of HP. IYKYK.

Day #8 continued
After sorting out my cutting supplies I cut fabric for a class I signed up for at my next retreat. The fabric is prepped according to instructions. I found an empty project box to put everything in, and the project box is in my cart ready to roll.

I am off to an early start. I think I found all of them. I will make a set of scissors for each machine and sets of rotary cutters for home and travel.
The rest will be going with me on my next retreat for the free table.

My grandmother use to say: "one in one out."
Since I started quilting I have found that I like some rulers better than others. Rulers that were duplicated in the process and were no longer needed, I donated to our local Quilts of Valor group today.

Today's challenge: Thin out magazine subcriptions, and unsubscribe from unwanted and unneeded emails. Done and done. Then, I went to QOV and took a class & made blocks for the group quilt.
