Looking in the windows at the RC Harris Water Treatment Plant. The interior windows have a deco curve that gives them the shape of train cars, and the frame around the windows through to the other side mimics that same shape, with smaller windows in a row. The outside is being reflected with the interior windows in such a way that it looks like train cars outside.
