Simplification, deregulation, streamlining.. erm, but producing hydrogen from water and electricity is banned

Electrolysis must be connected to the grid (!), as set out by the EU Sectoral Integration strategy and numerous reports. It is cynicism bordering on fraud to not act on the avalanche of criticism placed against the current (revised) #RFNBO / #DelegatedActs 'rules'
