This has to be at least proposed before Red Bank mayor+council and #Denholtz rip it up for a bike trail.

And just so you know, I am no NIMBY, but there are more insults than insights flying around my cool little town where it's #BuildBabyBuild versus sustainable development to benefit the whole community and homes which are actually affordable and not just tokens for luxury builds.

RED BANK TRAIN STATION REDEVELOPMENT PLAN ADDS...TRAIN STATION Red Bank is seeking to add six properties to its train station redevelopment plan, including the train station platform area and a rail yard.

#RedBankNJ council has bent over backwards facilitating the #Denholtz "investment" in the #NJT station redevelopment project.
Turns out they've spent a year forgetting several blocks in their plans... I'm not certain if this is council amnesia, or an error by their consultants.
