Runners of a certain age will know the stuggle of getting your legs moving after prolonged periods of sitting.

I had visions of the 90 minutes sat waiting to go up on stage, resulting in me hobbling past the University Chancellor.

Fortunately, a few discrete stretches saved my blushes.
