It so happened that Robert met Danni while at a supermarket in 1990 and when she accidentally ran out of money for a purchase, he politely offered to help and paid the extra amount, which is how their relationship began. Robert was a very intelligent and kind man, despite his Trollface nature (in that universe meme characters were slightly more serious than their original counterparts), which is what drew Danni to his character. Danni herself is a meek but polite girl with a vague accent, likely of Italian descent. As it turned out they both worked in IT and shared an interest in the nature of anomalies, which inspired them to research Incidents and seek ways to prevent them. They founded the company where Robert later worked alone due to an incident that occurred around 1999. His wife died tragically under unknown circumstances as the media later reported, although Robert didn't believe this. He was certain it was due to the Incident research they were conducting, and he began searching for answers. Along with his depression his despair grew, and eventually the concentration of negativity spilled into an archive, where Robert stored all known information about Incidents, thereby creating TROLL.rar. After .RAR merged with Robert's mind and body, it revealed that Danni had actually died due to an Incident — in this case an unknown entity had sucked out her soul while she slept, thus killing her. This was later dubbed the "Sleep Death Incident," but the government deliberately concealed all evidence because they didn't want mass hysteria over the Troll Incidents. This was deliberately phrased to make Robert angry at the world over his wife's death and his guilt, thus completely surrendering his body to the entity's control. Troll.rar dubbed its future plan to destroy the universe "The ALL-Incisent," because triggering all the Incidents simultaneously would cause the collapse of the multiverse. But the ending remains open
